Project goal

Study a rugged 6x6 conversion that favors field reliability over show-truck complexity. The useful questions are weight transfer, axle articulation, driveline angles, tire scrub, and serviceability.

Current focus

Start with layout sketches, rough load paths, suspension travel, and whether a walking-beam setup creates more benefit than trouble for the intended vehicle weight and use case.

Next notes to add

Add axle spacing, tire size, target payload, frame dimensions, transfer case options, suspension geometry, and photos or sketches once the build direction is narrowed down.
