Project goal
Separate what is physically possible from what is merely interesting. The useful output is a realistic test path for electric-field-driven fluid motion, not a hand-wavy no-moving-parts miracle pump.
Current focus
Define the fluid, electrode geometry, voltage/current limits, insulation, heat generation, and whether the expected force is large enough to measure with simple bench equipment.
Next notes to add
Add sketches, electrode spacing, candidate fluids, safety limits, power supply requirements, force estimates, and a small test procedure before building hardware.
